Order Management Rep - Backoffice

Job Summary
Process Service Orders and Bridge Orders in the Oracle ERP system; perform standard account setup and order entry functions; create and maintain account information; enter, correct, and process orders; review order documentation for clarity and consistency with established part records; review customer order product revision levels and initiate Change Orders; coordinate with production centers to assess schedule changes; update internal documents and communicate requirements to the production team; manage email and phone communications; participate in team activities, contribute to continuous improvement, and leverage team members' skills and creativity; maintain necessary data documentation and provide information to internal departments and other Jostens locations for accurate order entry; strong English communication and teamwork required; on-site role in Santiago, Dominican Republic with listed benefits including weekly payment, transportation, medical and other benefits.
Required Qualifications
- Intermediate English Level (B2)
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Organized with strong attention to detail
- Ability to make decisions and exercise judgment
- Ability to work in a team environment
- Ability to handle multiple tasks
- Order Processing experience
- 3-6 months General Office experience
- Previous experience working with Oracle system
