Order Management Product Owner - Oracle Fusion SCM

Job Summary

Conduct workshops with key stakeholders to map business requirements to Oracle Cloud Fusion standard processes and create "To-Be" models. Define RICEF objects and partner with Business Analysts to generate functional and technical user stories for development. Configure the Order Management module, identify gaps between standard functionalities and needs, and establish custom development or alternate solutions. Act as a liaison between technical teams, business units, Oracle Fusion teams, and SI vendors to drive the systems development lifecycle. Identify and configure security roles, define testing scenarios, support UAT execution, and create process flow diagrams and training documentation. Deliver training to trainers and provide weekly status updates to Project Managers.

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field
  • 7+ years of hands-on implementation experience with Oracle Cloud Fusion – Order Management modules
  • Working knowledge of supporting SCM Oracle Fusion modules such as Product Data Hub, Inventory, and Procurement
  • Experience in all phases of SDLC lifecycle from requirement gathering, analysis, design, configuration, development, testing, and deployment
  • Ability to work with stakeholders, including developers and business end-users, to define functional and technical requirements
  • Strong ability to analyze business processes and translate them into system configurations
  • Proven ability to lead and inspire teams, with excellent interpersonal and communication skills
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, with a proactive approach to addressing challenges
  • Ability to work effectively in a multicultural environment and manage teams across different time zones

Desired Qualifications

  • Familiarity with sAFE Agile development practices and tools (e.g., JIRA)
  • Oracle Product Data Hub (PDH) experience with global design, configuration, and implementation of the Product Data Hub module
  • Experience with integrating into upstream and downstream systems such as warehouse management systems
  • Demonstrated a growth mindset by staying curious and continuously learning, embracing challenges, and improving themselves
