Order Management / Parts Specialist

Job Summary
Serve as the primary contact for aftermarket parts inquiries, quotations, orders, returns, and documentation within an assigned territory. Process orders accurately from quotation through invoicing, coordinate product assembly and shipment, and maintain detailed customer and vendor records. Develop spare parts lists, recommend replacement components based on equipment lifecycle, and resolve technical questions regarding parts and applications. Collaborate with Account Managers, Application Engineers, and Service Teams to identify growth opportunities, prepare competitive quotes, and drive revenue while building long-term customer relationships. This role supports territory growth through proactive engagement and solution selling in a collaborative, growth-oriented environment.
Required Qualifications
- Associate degree preferred, or high school diploma with equivalent customer service, sales support, or technical industry experience
- Strong customer service mindset with a passion for helping customers succeed
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications, including Excel, Word, and Outlook
- Experience with Microsoft Teams and Webex
Desired Qualifications
- Experience with ERP and CRM systems such as IFS and Salesforce
- Industrial, mechanical, valve, instrumentation, or technical parts experience
- Knowledge of aftermarket parts sales, order management, or industrial equipment maintenance
- Ability to analyze customer needs and recommend effective solutions
