Job Summary
Order Management Agent role focusing on ensuring smooth freight process flow, accurate data entry into operating systems, tracking and tracing Order Management files, generating timely shipping documents and notices for exports, client and vendor billing, and maintaining strong vendor/customer relationships. The position emphasizes compliance with OPS and external regulations, improving departmental processes, adherence to SOPs (DLSOP), achieving KPI targets, and participating in mandatory and development training. Ideal candidate will have effective interpersonal and communication skills, be proactive with strong organizational abilities, and be fluent in English; Hazardous Materials certification is preferred. Required Qualifications
- 6 months to 1 year related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
