Order Management & Logistics Officer (SAP & Export)

Job Summary
Manage the full order-to-delivery lifecycle, from SAP order entry through final delivery, ensuring accurate and timely export, shipping, and customs documentation. Coordinate with Sales, Finance, Warehouse, Fulfillment, customers, freight forwarders, carriers, and customs brokers while monitoring shipment performance, order accuracy, lead times, and logistics KPIs. Lead and support the Order Management & Logistics Team, driving SAP-enabled automation, process standardization, and continuous improvement. This role requires a Team Lead with 5–7+ years of experience in logistics, including at least 3 years in leadership, within FMCG or export-heavy manufacturing. Advanced SAP ERP (SD/MM) and international export logistics expertise are essential. The position is based in the Philippines with a Work From Home arrangement.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Logistics, International Business, or a related field
- 5–7+ years of experience in Logistics or Order Management
- At least 3+ years in a leadership role
- Experience in FMCG or export-heavy manufacturing — essential
- Strong hands-on experience in international export logistics and trade documentation/compliance
- Advanced SAP ERP experience, particularly SD and MM modules
- Strong Excel and data analytics capability
- Strong stakeholder management, problem-solving, and attention to detail
- Comfortable supporting global operations across time zones and critical shipment periods
Desired Qualifications
- Experience with EDI/API integrations, Lean Six Sigma, trade compliance systems, or logistics automation will be an advantage
- experience with Power BI or Tableau preferred
