Job Summary
The Order Management Lead at ELLKAY will be responsible for centralizing, standardizing, and automating order processing across multiple business units. This role requires a dynamic individual with expertise in Salesforce CPQ, billing platforms, and strong analytical skills to ensure accurate and compliant order processing.
Required Qualifications
- 5–8 years experience in Order Management, Quote-to-Cash, or Revenue Operations roles within SaaS or technology organizations.
- Deep understanding of Salesforce CPQ and billing platforms (e.g., Zone Billing, NetSuite, Zuora).
- Proven ability to analyze, document, and improve order workflows across multiple business units.
- Strong attention to detail and familiarity with contract data (pricing, term dates, billing frequency, etc.).
- Excellent cross-functional communication skills.
