Manage sales, purchase orders, and invoicing while receiving correspondence from external and internal customers on a timely basis. Enter purchase orders, expedite deliveries, and communicate order status to customers and vendors. Ensure all shipped orders are invoiced, remove invoicing constraints if needed, and uphold JHC TCC standards. Work with production and inside sales to meet delivery targets and support the accounting department with problem invoices and account information. Procure product and product information for customers. Accurately process and manage order data while adhering to detailed processes and attending required trainings.
