Job Summary
Role Overview: Order Management Coordinator on Grocery Outlet's World Class Planning Team focused on end-to-end Purchase Order management from creation to delivery at warehouses. Responsibilities include PO creation for defined business category, ensuring timely and accurate PO completion, following up on shipping/receiving status with suppliers and warehouses, monitoring order fulfillment and shipment tracking, maintaining accurate ship dates, quantities, costs, and descriptions on POs, maintaining credibility and responsiveness with vendors/stores, handling past-due POs and supplier follow-up, running weekly/monthly reports to support Purchasing, and performing ad hoc tasks as assigned. Pay is base salary of $30.00/hr with 401(k) Profit Sharing and comprehensive benefits; final compensation varies by location and experience. Candidate should have data entry experience, SAP experience preferred, strong Excel/Word/Outlook skills, ability to multitask, detail-oriented, excellent communication, team-oriented, and adaptability.
