Job Summary

Order Management & Billing Specialist based in Bangalore leads daily handling of Orders and Credits within the current order-to-cash workflow, coordinating with Sales, Support, Billing and Collections. Role requires following Clarivate’s order processing and billing policies, utilizing SFDC Case Management, and collaborating across departments. Core duties include managing order/invoice/credit requests and liaising with internal teams to resolve issues, maintaining knowledge of Sales and Order Management & Billing processes, and contributing to system testing and departmental projects. Proficiency with Salesforce.com and NetSuite is highly recommended; a university degree or equivalent is required. The position offers a Hybrid work mode.

Required Qualifications

  • University level degree or equivalent required
  • Minimum 1-year direct experience preferred with order to cash, billing/invoicing or subscription management
  • Good knowledge of CRM sales systems and/or Order to Cash/Billing system
  • Proficiency in Salesforce.com and NetSuite highly recommended
