Job Summary
The Order Management Associate handles end-to-end customer material orders for large-scale infrastructure environments (ISP networks, edge deployments, and enterprise customers), managing high volumes of complex orders and coordinating with cross-functional teams globally to ensure accurate fulfillment, timely delivery, and regulatory compliance. Key duties include processing and tracking purchase orders and shipments, serving as the primary contact for order inquiries, coordinating with suppliers and internal teams across regions, ensuring adherence to contractual terms and export/import requirements, maintaining audit-ready documentation, handling order exceptions, and contributing to performance reporting. Essential capabilities include customer-focused execution, cross-functional collaboration, disciplined process ownership, navigating compliance-driven operations, and clear communication with global stakeholders. Desirable experience includes ISP infrastructure exposure, familiarity with ERP/order management systems (Jira, Sage/X3, Odoo), and knowledge of export controls or regulated materials handling.
Required Qualifications
- Associate or Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Business, Operations, or related field (or equivalent experience).
- 2+ years of experience in order management, logistics, supply chain operations, or customer fulfillment.
- Experience working in fast-paced, high-volume operational environments.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills with the ability to work across global teams.
- Exceptional attention to detail, organization, and prioritization skills.
