Order Management Analyst

Oversee the allocation, processing, and fulfillment of sales orders while ensuring inventory accuracy and optimizing replenishment strategies. Proactively address delays with manufacturing units to maintain order schedules, analyze processing timelines, and coordinate cross-functional follow-ups to improve visibility. Develop automated performance tracking tools using Power BI to streamline reporting and monitor key metrics. Lead process improvement initiatives by identifying inefficiencies, liaise with purchasers for timely placements, and manage key account orders as the primary contact for retail customers. Resolve inventory discrepancies with warehouse coordinators, supervise outbound shipments, and prepare daily, weekly, and monthly reports to provide business insights. Maintain in-depth knowledge of product lines, pricing, and delivery timelines through continuous data analysis.
