Order Management Analyst

Analyze data from multiple sources to ensure accurate revenue booking and reporting while supporting system migration efforts. Acquire knowledge of Adobe's Digital Media software sales models and validate order documents, including contracts and purchase orders, upon execution. Provide primary support for the Frame.io booking process and enterprise accounts via email and phone, handling deal structuring, issue resolution, and PO processing. Review contracts to validate terms and pricing, then conduct monthly reconciliations and audits to monitor compliance using Excel, Salesforce, and SharePoint. Actively manage the enterprise sales pipeline to anticipate booking issues and hold monthly deal status reviews. Engage with internal teams and partners to resolve queries related to the order management process. Support increased workload during month-end and quarter-end periods as required.
