Job Summary
Order Management Analyst role within HPE Operations, focusing on designing and implementing processes/tools to enable sales forecasting, analytics, quotes/pricing, order management, invoicing, and operations support for a customer segment. Responsibilities include collecting and charting data to identify trends, implementing changes to improve performance and efficiency, and developing understanding of internal/external stakeholder needs. Requires familiarity with data collection/analysis tools, strong analytical and communication skills, and willingness to work in a Hybrid arrangement with ~2 days weekly at the Bengaluru office.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's in Business Management or equivalent
- Typically 2-4 years experience
- Experience or understanding of data collection and analysis tools and software packages
- Good analytical, statistics and problem solving skills
- Good written and verbal communication skills in English and local language
