Job Summary
Coordinate and track international freight and information flow in the Order Management department; ensure timely data entry into the operating system; track and trace order management files; manage invoicing and intercompany payments; interact with customers to arrange shipments and maintain vendor relationships; ensure compliance with OPS and external regulations; meet KPI targets and promote company culture; requires a college/university degree and at least one year of logistics experience; based in Hanoi with in-person work; offers a professional training plan and health benefits.
Required Qualifications
- College or University graduation or equivalent qualification
- Minimum one-year experience in logistics industry
- Microsoft Office skills (Word, Excel, Outlook...)
- Attention to detail
