Job Summary
Order Management Administrator role focused on timely, accurate order processing in a fast-paced, regulated environment. Collaborate with Sales, Operations, Engineering, and Product Management to support the full product lifecycle, improve efficiency, and enhance customer satisfaction. Develop ERP and CRM proficiency, apply strong organizational and communication skills, and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives in defense/aerospace contexts. Requires attention to detail, ability to manage multiple priorities, and teamwork in a high-reliability setting. Education: high school diploma required; further degree preferred; experience in regulated industries is a plus. Location: Rochester, NY (in-person); salary: $22-$31/hour (annualized to $45,760–$64,480).
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required; associate or bachelor’s degree in business, supply chain, or related field preferred. Equivalent experience considered.
- 1-3+ years of experience in customer service, operations, manufacturing, or transferable fields preferred.
