Order & Invoice Management Specialist (Thai speaker)

Process orders and invoices accurately and timely across global markets while managing end-to-end order lifecycles to ensure seamless customer experiences. Proactively resolve billing and operational issues to prevent disruptions, maintaining strict compliance, data integrity, and audit readiness. Collaborate with diverse stakeholders to support process improvements, system enhancements, and transformation initiatives within the Order-to-Cash function. This role requires experience in O2C operations, ideally in a B2B and global environment, with proficiency in English and Korean. Based in Rockwell, Makati City, with a hybrid work arrangement.
