Job Summary
Order Intake professional responsible for precise end-to-end ordering of gas products (bottled gases, specialty gases, medical gases), equipment and installations; manages order-related data to prevent delivery/invoice errors; promotes relevant order channels (EDI, customer website, distributor portal); provides digital order support on customer website and distributor portal; conducts order-related checks considering industry-specific requirements (medical gases, pharma, food); participates in projects and audits; collaborates with Customer Service and partner management, Sales, F&A, and Supply Chain/Disposition; requires commercial training and language/IT competencies (German, English, SAP, CRM, Google Apps).
