Job Summary
Manage the order-to-cash process in ERP systems (iScala) from order acceptance to invoicing, including order fulfillment, equipment ordering, cost monitoring, warehousing, shipping, and customer invoicing. Handle logistics to ensure contract fulfillment, coordinate delivery schedules and local delivery processes, monitor backlog and WIP to maintain delivery performance and cost accuracy, and provide proactive customer order status updates and delivery date communication. Resolve customer claims and support issues with internal stakeholders. Prepare operational reports on delivery, cost, and inventory updates; lead monthly closing reporting related to order intake, fulfillment, invoicing, and other order-to-cash activities for business and finance review. Requires 3+ years in related roles, ERP experience (iScala preferred), proficiency with Microsoft Office, strong organizational skills, and English proficiency; Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business, or equivalent preferred.
Required Qualifications
- 3+ years in order management, order execution, or related operational roles (preferred)
- Experience with ERP systems (iScala preferred but not must)
- Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Outlook, E-tax invoice)
- Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities
- Strong attention to details
- Proficiency in English (verbal and written)
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business, or equivalent (preferred)
