Job Summary
Oversee administration and enhancement of the technology platform for sales order and inventory allocation planning to optimise on-time delivery and equitable allocation to the dealer network. Review optimisation tool settings for sales order lines, maintain accurate order allocation mapping, and apply Lean Methodology to drive efficiencies by minimising process waste. Proactively engage with stakeholders including Dealers, 3PLs, and Supply Chain teams to inform fulfilment decision-making, adjust order priorities, and monitor delivery timeframes. Actively collaborate with Procurement to address fulfillment shortfalls, undertake scheduled and ad hoc reporting, and promptly respond to processing delivery requests with a solutions-focused approach.
Required Qualifications
- Year 12 or equivalent education
- Current Driver's licence
- Demonstrated customer centricity and methodical approach, with thorough and timely resolution/ progress on work tasks/ enquires/ requests within compliance/ policy and procedure bounds
- Proven analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to make sound evidence-based decisions taking into consideration broader commercial imperatives and context
- Experience in undertaking reporting, reconciliation and data analysis on moderate to complex data sets
- Competent and well-developed communication skill, including exceptional reporting and presentation skill
- Strong interpersonal skills. Proven ability to develop and maintain professional relationships
- Well-developed time management skill
- High level of attention to detail and accuracy
- Proven ability to work autonomously to deadlines and within a team environment
- Use of SAP system for inventory/sales/order lookups, reporting and general navigation

Desired Qualifications
- Tertiary qualification in Supply Chain
- Experience in customer service and care, preferably in a similar role within Agricultural, Construction or Industrial sector/s wholesaling to retailers
- Basic mechanical knowledge and understanding in relation to Agricultural and Construction products and machinery
- Intermediate computing skills, including Google/ MS Office suite/ similar and the application of AI tools
