Job Summary
Order Fulfilment Officer responsible for picking and packing life-giving blood and products for Approved Health Providers, coordinating with Customer Service and transport partners to ensure timely distribution, and managing inventory in temperature-controlled laboratory environments while maintaining cold-chain compliance. Requires the ability to lift 10-13 kg boxes, stand/walk/bend/reach for packing, strong communication skills, and comfort with computer-based systems. Rotating 24/7 shifts at the Sydney Processing Centre, NSW.
Required Qualifications
- Experience in fast-paced environments beneficial
- Ability to frequently lift boxes 10-13 kgs
- Stand, walk, bend and reach to pack products
- Excellent verbal and written communication
- Technical and digital aptitude; proficient with computers
