Job Summary
Pull sales orders and prepare them for delivery, verifying product type and quantity while ensuring compliant labeling per DoA rules. Track product electronically on the state traceability system to maintain regulatory compliance. Manage Excel spreadsheets and maintain a clean work environment by cleaning up all areas and equipment daily. Assist other departments as needed and exercise independent judgment regarding product processing. This role involves daily exposure to allergens including cannabis, tree nuts, and coconut oil. Candidates must be at least 21 years old, approved by the D.O.A. for an Agent badge, and hold a high school diploma or GED.
Required Qualifications
- High School Education or GED graduate
- 1-2 years experience in warehousing and inventory
- Must consistently demonstrate attention to detail
- Must demonstrate ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
- Ability to use initiative and independent judgment appropriately
- Ability to perform a monotonous task with great efficiency over 8 hour work periods without losing quality
- Must pass any and all required background checks
- Must be and remain compliant with all legal or company regulations for working in the industry
- Must be a minimum of 21 years of age
- Must be approved by the D.O.A. to receive an Agent badge
Desired Qualifications
- some college or college graduate
- 1-2 years experience processing medical cannabis or other botanicals
- Previous cannabis experience
