Job Summary
Process orders by pulling and packaging plant materials from various growing ranges and prepare them for shipping. Work efficiently and accurately using a checklist in a fast-paced environment while assisting with placing, spacing, and hanging plants. Collaborate with team members to ensure all wholesale orders are fulfilled on time and with precision. Handle varying temperatures and repetitive tasks requiring the ability to lift 40+ pounds regularly. Work Monday through Friday from 7:00 AM to 4:00 PM with some weekends and overtime as needed until Christmas, with a possible return in March 2027.
Required Qualifications
- Available to work Monday through Friday from 7:00 AM to 4:00 PM with some weekends and overtime as needed
- Must be able to start ASAP and work until Christmas
- Possible return March 2027
- Attention to detail when handling and packaging plant materials
- Strong communication skills to work effectively within a team and follow instructions
- Ability to lift 40+ pounds regularly and work in a physically demanding environment
- Comfortable working in a greenhouse environment, including standing and walking throughout the day
- Must be able to work in a greenhouse environment and handle varying temperatures
- Ability to stand and walk for extended periods
- Must be 18 years of age to apply
- Ability to lift 40+ pounds on a regular basis and handle repetitive tasks
Desired Qualifications
- Order fulfillment/Industry knowledge experience preferred but not required
