Job Summary
Process member orders by pulling merchandise from sales floors, verifying items with handheld scanners, and staging goods for fulfillment. Lead the Omni team through training, coaching, and performance management while ensuring adherence to SOPs for BOPIC, Curbside, and Ship from Club. Maintain clean, organized workspaces and manage inventory discrepancies by communicating with Home Office. Review daily and weekly OMNI reporting to drive productivity and identify process improvements. Directly manage team performance, resolve member concerns, and ensure compliance with GOLD Member Standards.
Required Qualifications
- 1 year experience of overseeing a team of 5 or more employees within a professional setting
- Goal setting for performance and meeting deadlines
- Organizing workflow
- Assigning tasks, supporting staff, and reporting to Assistant Club Management
- Monitoring employee productivity
- Communicating with Club Leadership – relaying information
- Demonstrate leadership capabilities, including driving team member engagement, managing/supervising cross-functional teams, training team members, and driving and communicating results. Able to own and deliver against strategic initiatives and objectives.
- Committed to driving outstanding service to all Members.
- Open shift availability required
- Must be 18 years of age
- Computer proficiency required
- Must be able to proficiently master utilization of digital devices
- Must be able to lift 30 pounds
- Must be able to lift and move heavy and/or awkward objects more than 30 pounds with assistance
- Regular, predictable, full attendance is an essential function of this job
Desired Qualifications
- Previous order pulling experience preferred
- Previous RF scanner experience preferred
- Previous experience with BOPIC, Same Day Delivery, Curbside, Express Pay and Ship from Club
