Job Summary
Order Fulfillment Supervisor leads Omni/Order fulfillment operations at BJ’s Wholesale Club, directing the Omni team to pull, pack, and ship member orders with RF scanners, ensure timely order processing and adherence to service-level agreements, coach and develop team members, participate in hiring and performance management, and uphold policies and safety standards while delivering a high-quality member experience.
Required Qualifications
- Oversee a team of 5+ employees
- Open shift availability
- Must be 18 years of age
- Previous RF scanner experience preferred
- Computer proficiency required
