Job Summary

Process member orders using handheld RF scanners to pull merchandise from sales floors and staging areas, ensuring timely fulfillment for BOPIC, Same Day Delivery, and curbside requests. Lead the Omni team through daily training, coaching, and performance management while maintaining strict adherence to operational SOPs and GOLD member standards. Manage inventory accuracy by identifying expired items, resolving discrepancies with Home Office, and overseeing supply replenishment to support productivity metrics. This role requires full attendance and open shift availability. Compensation ranges from $20.50 to $25.63. BJ's Wholesale Club serves over 8 million members across 21 states, offering comprehensive benefits including weekly pay, free memberships, and a 401(k) match.

Required Qualifications

1 year experience of overseeing a team of 5 or more employees within a professional setting
Must be 18 years of age
Open shift availability required
Computer proficiency required
Must be able to proficiently master utilization of digital devices
Must be able to lift 30 pounds
Must be able to lift and move heavy and/or awkward objects more than 30 pounds with assistance
Regular, predictable, full attendance
Must maintain all club policy and procedures
