Order Fulfillment Specialist (PFC)

Job Summary
Manage customer orders for trials, tech jobs, new items, and changes from entry to delivery using the EFI Radius ERP system. Create master and job estimates with the pricing and production teams to ensure accuracy, then update schedules post-production as needed. Liaise with inside sales, account managers, graphics, technical, and scheduling teams to meet customer needs and internal commitments by the "have-ready" date. Monitor KPIs to track order progress and push for on-time availability and shipments while ensuring compliance with safety, food safety, quality, and good housekeeping practices. Navigate complex situations and collaborate across cross-functional departments to drive successful production.
Required Qualifications
- High School diploma or equivalent
- Proven ability to manage customer orders and track them through the full lifecycle, from entry to delivery
- Demonstrated experience in a collaborative role, working effectively with cross-functional teams such as sales, production, and technical departments
- Proficiency with Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) systems for order entry, inventory management, and reporting
- A minimum of 3-5 years of experience in a inside sales, customer service, or order fulfillment role, preferably in a manufacturing or packaging environment
- Excellent verbal and written communication abilities
- The ability to manage complexity and navigate challenging situations
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Dependable and Punctual
- Must be able to lift 15 pounds at times
- Must be able to access and navigate each department at the organization's facilities
- Ability of repetitive reaching, bending, pushing, pulling, kneeling, and carrying
- Use of personal protective equipment (PPE)

- Bilingual /Proficiency in Spanish
- Experience in a manufacturing or packaging environment
