Job Summary
Conduct cycle counts and inventory processes in Encompass to ensure accuracy. Prepare finished goods for shipment by pulling, packing, and palletizing items. Receive and log incoming deliveries, unloading trucks and verifying inbound items against purchase orders. Maintain a clean, organized warehouse while operating a pallet jack and forklift. Coordinate and track goods movement through METRC. Work Monday through Friday between noon and 8:30 pm, with some extended and weekend hours required. This role supports Kiva Sales & Service's distribution of premium cannabis brands across California.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent experience
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to read and comprehend basic instructions and safety rules, such as operation and maintenance instructions
- Ability to add, subtract, multiply, and divide using whole numbers, common fractions, and decimals
- Ability to apply concepts such as fractions, percentages, ratios, and proportions
- Must be able to lift, carry, push, or pull up to 50 pounds regularly
- Ability to stand and walk for extended periods
- Must be able to climb, balance, stoop, kneel, and crouch as needed
- Comfortable working in environments with variable temperatures and noise levels
- Must be available for extended and weekend hours
- Must meet Kiva's Motor Vehicle requirements in order to use forklift
