Job Summary
Order Fulfillment Specialist responsible for accurate, timely processing of customer orders, managing inventory levels, and coordinating with sales, warehouse staff, and shipping carriers to meet delivery deadlines. Utilize hand-held scanners to pick, inspect, and pack parcel orders; operate forklifts and pallet jacks to move shipments; compare shipment contents against manifests/invoices; inspect products for defects; maintain records in WMS; perform cycle counts; box, palletize, shrink-wrap, and secure shipments; support inventory management and adherence to company policies. Based in Portland with duties focused on warehouse operations and cross-functional coordination.
Required Qualifications
- 2-4 years of forklift driving experience (preferred)
- 3 years warehousing experience (preferred)
- Ability to lift, walk, stoop, bend, reach, extend, and crouch and lift up to 40 pounds
- Familiarity with Microsoft Excel (preferred)
- Ability to work in a dynamic fast-paced environment
- Ability to sit and/or stand for long periods of time (eight to 10 hours per day)
- Demonstrated math/reasoning skills and initiative
