Job Summary
Order Fulfillment Specialist responsible for end-to-end order flow from entry to delivery, including shipment transactions, validation, scheduling, and coordination with warehouse/logistics; monitor and resolve order discrepancies, inventory issues, and supply constraints. Support demand planning and forecast management by reviewing customer forecasts, coordinating with capacity planning, procurement, production planning, and inventory teams; generate weekly forecasts and maintain reports on finished goods, consigned materials, and production status. Collaborate across operations, engineering, logistics, and customer service to optimize workflows, improve forecasting accuracy, and drive operational efficiency. Proficient in SAP and B2B portals; strong Excel/Office skills; capable of working with global teams and managing multiple orders and deadlines with a customer-centric mindset.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in business, supply chain, operations management, or a related field.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data, identify trends, and develop actionable insights.
- Effective verbal and written communication skills for collaborating with customers and internal teams.
- Ability to manage multiple orders, priorities, and deadlines while maintaining accuracy and efficiency.
- Experience working with global teams across different time zones.
