Job Summary
Order Fulfillment Specialist I fulfills customer orders by picking, packing, and shipping products, ensuring accuracy of part numbers, quantities, traceability, and shipping information. Proficient with handheld WMS functions, meets picking/shipping productivity and accuracy goals for domestic orders, follows procedures for accurate handling, and uses shipping systems (FedEx, UPS). Responsible for loading pallets for ground shipments, operating power equipment (WAV) for picking/stocking, maintaining a safe warehouse environment, recognizing nonconforming material, and participating in Lean/5S activities to support continuous improvement. Performs other duties as assigned, with emphasis on accuracy, safety, and quality.
Required Qualifications
- 0-1 year shipping and receiving experience
- Certified to operate required powered equipment once in position
- Preferred handheld/digital warehouse management system experience
- Experience with material handling using pallet jacks or powered equipment (WAV)
