Job Summary
Process customer orders for hardware, software, and related equipment from receipt through shipment. Receive, inspect, and distribute incoming inventory, then pick, pack, and prepare orders for coordination with UPS and other carriers. Verify order accuracy before products leave the warehouse and maintain organized inventory areas. Track shipments, communicate order status, and assist with inventory counts and stock replenishment. Work closely with Customer Support, Sales, and Operations to ensure timely deliveries while following company procedures.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED
- Background investigation and drug test required
Desired Qualifications
- Fulfillment experience a plus
- Experience with UPS WorldShip application a plus
- Proven record of success consistently hitting and surpassing goals
- High level of motivation, self-direction, with the ability to lead and influence others
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills
- Experience working at Tech/SaaS or innovation-focused company a plus
