Job Summary
A hands-on warehouse leadership role overseeing daily fulfillment operations, including picking, packing, shipping, and inventory management, while ensuring quality and regulatory compliance. Lead and support the fulfillment team, coordinate order processing, train and onboard employees, perform quality control checks, manage inventory and documentation, ensure SOP adherence, and drive improvements to warehouse processes and efficiency. Proficiency with Excel is required, and experience with Fishbowl, HubSpot, shipping systems, or FDA-regulated environments is a plus. Must be able to lift 50+ lbs.
Required Qualifications
- 2+ years of warehouse, fulfillment, inventory, or manufacturing experience preferred
- Leadership or team coordination experience preferred
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Proficiency with Excel
- Ability to lift 50+ lbs
- Experience with Fishbowl, HubSpot, shipping systems, or FDA-regulated environments is a plus
