Order Fulfillment (Delivery Planner) Executive

Job Summary
Oversee downstream operations, coordinating between Malaysia warehouses (internal and external) and Customer Service to ensure timely delivery execution. Responsibilities include daily order processing for dispatch planning and WO processing, scheduling accuracy, coordinating WIP transfers between plants/external warehouses to the Distribution Centre, coordinating deliveries from Third Party warehouses, dropshipment coordination with accurate shipping documents, monitoring delivery schedules and backorder management, maintaining reason codes, and developing proactive action plans. Also manage and report on customer backlog, track goods returns with transporters, and coordinate SSDs between Customer Service and Inventory teams. Work with National Leaders in a hybrid model to align fulfillment functions and develop/maintain dispatch reports, Customer Service scorecards, and shipment reports. Qualifications include a Diploma or Bachelor’s degree and 2-3 years of experience in supply chain planning or customer service, with strong communication, teamwork, and analytical skills.
Required Qualifications
- Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in any related fields
- Minimum 2-3 years experience in a Supply Chain Planning or Customer Service function
- Detail-oriented with good communication and interpersonal skills to work with all levels
- Self-initiated and able to work effectively to meet the deadlines
- Good team player and service-minded
