Pull merchandise from pick lists, move items from the sales floor to staging, and use handheld scanners to verify counts and update locations. Securely package orders, handle damaged goods, and process returns while maintaining a clean, organized workspace. Communicate inventory issues, equipment problems, and replenishment needs to the team to meet productivity targets and service level agreements. Adhere to club policies, dress codes, and safety standards while supporting digital initiatives like BOPIC and curbside pickup. Maintain full attendance and work with urgency to ensure deadlines are met.
