Job Summary
Pull merchandise from pick lists, move items from the sales floor to staging, and verify counts using a handheld RF scanner. Execute order fulfillment for BOPIC, Curbside, and Ship from Club initiatives by securely packaging orders and maintaining a clean, organized work area. Communicate inventory issues, equipment problems, and replenishment needs to the team while ensuring all orders meet productivity targets and service level agreements. Adhere to club policies, dress codes, and safety standards while supporting member concerns with honesty and integrity.
Required Qualifications
- Regular, predictable, full attendance
- Must be able to lift objects up to 30 pounds
- Must be able to lift and move heavy and/or awkward objects more than 30 pounds with assistance
- Must be able to bend
- Must be able to climb
- Must be able to crawl
- Must be able to handle
- Must be able to pull
- Must be able to reach
- Must be able to stoop
- Must be able to work in a comfortable environment surrounded by moving machinery and/or loud equipment
- Must be able to tolerate occasional exposure to temperature extremes
- Must be able to tolerate occasional exposure to Company-approved cleaning agents
- Must be able to maintain all club policies and procedures
- Must be able to adhere to proper dress code standards
- Must be able to meet OMNI productivity expectations regarding service level agreements (SLA's), performance metrics and goals
Desired Qualifications
- Previous order pulling experience
- Big box/wholesale retail experience
- Previous RF scanner experience
