Job Summary
Process member purchases by pulling merchandise from pick lists using handheld RF scanners and moving items from the sales floor to staging. Verify merchandise counts and update locations, then communicate inventory or equipment issues to the team. Communicate with leadership when merchandise needs replenishment and work with the team to pull items from reserve areas to avoid sales floor restocking. Securely package orders according to standard operating procedures for BOPIC, Curbside, and Ship from Club initiatives. Ensure the SFC area remains neat, clean, and organized while handling damaged goods and processing returns. Meet productivity expectations regarding service level agreements and key performance indicators.
Required Qualifications
- Regular, predictable, full attendance
- Must be able to lift objects up to 30 pounds
- Must be able to lift and move heavy and/or awkward objects more than 30 pounds with assistance
- Must be able to bend
- Must be able to climb
- Must be able to crawl
- Must be able to handle merchandise
- Must be able to pull merchandise
- Must be able to reach
- Must be able to stoop
- Must be able to work in a comfortable environment surrounded by moving machinery and/or loud equipment
- Must be able to work in temperature extremes
- Must be able to be exposed to Company-approved cleaning agents
- Must be able to maintain all club policies and procedures
- Must be able to adhere to proper dress code standards
- Must be able to meet OMNI productivity expectations regarding service level agreements (SLA's), performance metrics and goals
- Must be able to work in other departments as needed

- Previous order pulling experience
- Big box/wholesale retail experience
- Previous RF scanner experience
