Job Summary
Conduct order fulfillment by pulling merchandise from pick lists, moving items from the sales floor to staging, and verifying counts using a handheld RF scanner. Securely package orders, process returns, and handle damaged goods per standard operating procedures. Communicate inventory issues, equipment problems, and replenishment needs to the team while maintaining a clean, organized workspace. Adhere to productivity metrics and service level agreements for BOPIC, Curbside, and Ship from Club initiatives. Requires full attendance and ability to lift up to 30 pounds. Starting salary is $16.25.
Required Qualifications
- Regular, predictable, full attendance
- Must be able to lift objects up to 30 pounds
- Must be able to lift and move heavy and/or awkward objects more than 30 pounds with assistance
Desired Qualifications
- Previous order pulling experience
- Big box/wholesale retail experience
- Previous RF scanner experience
