Pull merchandise from pick lists and move items from the sales floor to staging areas using handheld scanners to verify counts and update locations. Communicate inventory issues, equipment problems, and expired items to the team, ensuring orders are picked timely to meet productivity requirements and service level agreements. Securely package orders, maintain a clean SFC area, and handle returns or damaged goods per standard operating procedures. Support digital initiatives including BOPIC, Curbside, and Ship from Club while adhering to club policies and GOLD member standards.
