Job Summary
Process member purchases by pulling merchandise from pick lists using a handheld RF scanner, then move items from the sales floor to staging and secure packaging areas. Verify merchandise counts, communicate inventory or equipment issues, and replenish reserve areas to avoid sales floor restocking. Communicate with the team regarding short-dated items and ensure all orders meet productivity requirements and SLAs. Handle returns, manage damaged goods, and maintain a clean, organized SFC area while adhering to club policies and GOLD standards. Work within digital initiatives including BOPIC, Curbside, and Ship from Club.
Required Qualifications
- Must be available to work from 6am - 4pm at minimum any day of the week
- Previous order pulling experience preferred
- Big box/wholesale retail experience preferred
- Previous RF scanner experience preferred
