Job Summary
Handle and store product in a distribution environment while ensuring outbound receipts meet quality control standards. Confirm order shipments in WMS and submit completed orders to Distribution Admin for manifesting. Support Fleet Drivers with loading outbound orders and adhere to BCC issued compliance regulations. Identify and document product, process, or quality problems to recommend solutions. This full-time role operates Monday through Friday from 8:30am to 5pm.
Required Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years of distribution experience
- Willingness to learn about Connected products and understand the industry
- Knowledge of software applications that allow for effective customer support, generation of reports and internal presentations
- Ability to identify and document problems related to the product, process, or quality and recommend solutions
- Self sufficient, is able to work with limited or no direction; can take initiative and provide the team with direction
- Ability to adapt in a fast paced environment, maintain composure in high stress situations and prioritize deadlines
- Requires normal, corrective vision range, the ability to see color and the ability to distinguish letters, numbers and symbols
- Must be capable of lifting up to 50 lbs., with or without assistance
- Ability to climb, push, pull, stoop, grasp, walk, sit, stand, bend and reach for the duration of shift
- Requires manual dexterity to operate job related equipment
- Requires normal hearing range
