Order Fulfillment Associate

Order Fulfillment Associate executes fast, accurate order fulfillment in the warehouse. Requires high energy, continuous motion, and ability to move quickly and safely throughout shifts. Core responsibilities include high-speed order running and customer carryout, quickly claiming, verifying, and delivering orders; assisting customers with carrying orders to vehicles; ensuring items are scanned out accurately; maintaining a clean, organized fulfillment area; providing courteous customer service; answering questions and directing inquiries to a supervisor. Skills and requirements include the ability to move quickly and sustain energy, operate a smartphone and Bluetooth scanner, lift up to 50 pounds, follow instructions, work independently, communicate effectively with supervisors and teammates; forklift certification is a plus; physical demands include standing, walking, running, bending, stooping, and sustaining activity throughout the shift.
