Job Summary
Order Fulfillment Associate in Kent, WA responsible for fast, accurate, and physically demanding warehouse order fulfillment. Role emphasizes high-energy movement, high-speed order running, and assisting customers with carrying orders to vehicles. Includes ensuring items are accurately scanned before leaving, and providing customer service in a clean, organized fulfillment area. Requires ability to stand, walk, and run for extended periods, lift up to 50 pounds, and operate a smartphone and Bluetooth scanner. Schedule is Monday through Friday with shift times, and compensation is $19/hour plus benefits including vacation, health/dental/vision, and 401K. Equal opportunity employer.

- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Previous experience in a fast-paced or physically demanding environment is preferred but not required.
- Forklift certification is a plus.
- Proven ability to move quickly and sustain high-energy work throughout the entire shift.
- Exceptional attention to detail and a commitment to order accuracy.
- Ability to operate a smartphone and Bluetooth scanner.
- Ability to follow instructions, work independently, and communicate effectively with supervisors and team members.
