Job Summary
Order Fulfillment Associate responsible for accurate and efficient order fulfillment, timely shipping, processing returns and credits, and maintaining inventory accuracy by retrieving parts from the warehouse, performing cycle counts, restocking, packing for shipping, and ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction through effective collaboration and professionalism. Role involves collaborating with team members, handling receiving and processing incoming shipments, inspecting and cleaning parts, and contributing to safety and continuous improvement initiatives. Forklift certificate and automotive experience are preferred.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED is required.
- One year of experience in warehouse or logistics environments, including understanding inventory management and operating material handling equipment, preferred.
