Job Summary
Order Fulfillment Analyst is responsible for order processing, managing and regularly monitoring customer orders by planning and prioritizing delivery, allocation of stocks, and tracking of order status ensuring that every order is dispatched within the agreed service levels to ensure the product reaches the customer in good condition and on-time.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in any business-related course
- Experience in Order & Fulfillment & Transport Management (1-2 years)
- MS Excel proficiency
- Knowledge of SAP-IM (Inventory Module) is an advantage
- Strong interpersonal and planning/organizing skills
