Job Summary
Select correct products from pick slots, palletize orders, and deliver items to the dock safely and efficiently. Operate a standup electric pallet jack to transport product in a refrigerated environment ranging from 34 to 55 degrees. Stack product on pallets per selecting procedures, stage pallets for proper dock loading, shrink-wrap product, and maintain all assigned equipment. Work 2 PM until done, meeting minimum efficiency levels while lifting up to 50 lbs and standing for 8+ hours. Read, write, and communicate effectively regarding safety regulations.
Required Qualifications
- Must be at least 18 years of age
- High school diploma or GED
- Ability to meet or exceed minimum efficiency levels as established
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Ability to read, write, and communicate effectively as it relates to the job and safety regulations
- Must be able to lift to 50lbs.
- Must be able to transverse a warehouse unassisted
- Must be able to stand for 8+ hours
- Must be able to successfully pass pre-employment background screening
