Job Summary
Leading the Order Entry Department to ensure accurate, timely processing of customer quotes and orders; oversee daily workflow, supervise the Order Entry team, manage centralized order queue, ensure compliance with production capabilities, track KPIs, develop SOPs, and collaborate with Sales, Production, Engineering, and Customer Success; requires leadership, ERP proficiency (FeneVision a plus), and experience in manufacturing/operations.
Required Qualifications
- Associate’s or Bachelor’s Degree preferred
- 4–6 years of experience in order entry, manufacturing support, or operations
- 1–3 years of supervisory or leadership experience required
- Strong knowledge of ERP systems and order processing workflows (FeneVision experience is a plus)
- Excellent organizational and time management skills
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
- High attention to detail and accuracy
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-volume environment
- Strong communication and cross-functional collaboration skills
