Job Summary
Manages and processes customer purchase orders via Excel, EDI, and the company portal; ensures accurate entry into APPX and OEI/ISO; verifies pricing, weight, and order details with Sales/PMFs; tracks order status through release stages; coordinates with Logistics for delivery or pickup; handles billing/invoicing, including J&P posting and direct charges; maintains accuracy across systems to prevent billing errors and supports high-volume accounts through cross-functional collaboration with Credit, Logistics, and Production; emphasizes order-entry efficiency, data accuracy, and timely fulfillment.
Required Qualifications
- 2+ years of experience in order entry, customer service, or supply chain operations
- Familiarity with ERP systems (e.g., APPX) and EDI processes
- Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple order channels
- Proficiency in Excel and order tracking/reporting tools
- Experience with eCommerce platforms and customer portals
- Knowledge of logistics coordination and billing processes
- Understanding of credit and collections workflows
