Job Summary
RMA Receiver/ Parts Support role handling product returns, distributing RMAs, stocking inventory, identifying inventory discrepancies, and operating material-handling equipment. Responsibilities include receiving, transferring, and checking UPC-labeled inventory with an RF scan-gun, assisting in parts department support, and picking. Requires proficiency with Microsoft Office, strong communication and organizational skills, ability to work in a fast-paced environment, teamwork and autonomy, attention to detail, and the ability to lift 50 lbs and work overtime. Schedule is Monday–Friday, 8:30 AM–5:30 PM. Education/experience requirements include a GED or HS diploma (associate degree asset), intermediate computer skills, 3 years returns/RMA experience, and 1 year forklift experience (certification preferred). Required Qualifications
- Minimum of a GED or High School Diploma
- Minimum of 3 years of relevant work experience, specifically dealing with returns and RMAs
- Minimum of 1-year Forklift experience required, certification preferred
- Must have intermediate computer skills and be familiar with RF scan-guns
- Must be able to lift at least 50lbs without assistance using proper lifting techniques and/or with the assistance of a pallet jack.
- Must be able to stand and walk for extended periods of time.
- Must be able to work overtime as needed.
