Job Summary
Order Desk Associate supports the end-to-end post-sales process by provisioning customer orders, validating order details, resolving discrepancies, and coordinating with Sales, Finance, Accounts Receivable, and Billing to ensure timely and accurate provisioning. Responsibilities include tracking provisioning status, analyzing order data for discrepancies or bottlenecks, preparing reports on order volumes and cycle times, ensuring policy adherence and data quality, and creating or improving internal documentation and process guides. The role emphasizes cross-functional collaboration, clear communication, and a proactive approach to issue resolution, with opportunities to contribute to ad-hoc projects and broader post-sales/order management initiatives.
Required Qualifications
- 1+ years in Deal Desk, Order Desk, Sales Operations or equivalent experience
- Bachelor's degree in Finance/Account, Business or related field
- Strong attention to detail and excellent written and verbal communication
- Thriving in a dynamic environment, managing multiple priorities
- Ability to build collaborative relationships with Sales, Finance, and other cross-functional partners
- Experience with Salesforce or similar CRM platforms is a plus
- Previous experience in an operations, order processing, billing, or revenue operations role is a plus (preferred)
