Job Summary
Support end-to-end order lifecycle at BenQ by processing customer purchase orders in the ERP system, identifying and correcting transactional order issues, and providing order status, tracking, and backorder reports. Manage drop shipment orders, place POs to vendors, and maintain customer relationships through effective communication and issue resolution. Collaborates with team to ensure timely, accurate order fulfillment and data integrity across order management activities.
Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma required
- Proficient with MS Excel, PowerPoint
- ERP experience
- Oracle experience
- Strong time management and analytical skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication
- Ability to manage and process purchase orders in ERP
- Ability to provide order status, tracking, and backorder reports
- Experience with drop shipments and vendor PO processing
- Customer relationship management and issue resolution skills
